Hottest & Tastiest hot sauces in SA
We are on a quest to identify the best tasting and fiery Hot Sauce in South Africa, while promoting small batch producing companies.
We know that not all Hot Sauces are made equal, and that it is as much a labour of love, as it is down to lots of testing and tasting to find that perfect recipe. We want to celebrate those sauce victories at the Hot Sauce Competition (Categories: Tastiest and Hottest: Cooked or Ferment) at the Festival of Fire. We are all about celebrating artisanal, gourmet sauces in their purest form, so NO artificial ingredients will be allowed.
To apply, simply fill out the application form and we will be in touch to let you know where to send your products. Product entries must reach Festival of Fire not later than 31 March 2024.
